  Who turned over my birdbath?  The mystery solved ...   Our friend lives in a community adjacent to preserve land with a lake & wild life. She has a bird bath outside her lanai and enjoy watching the birds stop by for bathing.     Every morning she looked out to the birdbath, it was turned over, who was the cul-print?   Lag B'Omer BBQ  Venice FL   The Jewish community in Venice FL celebrated Lag B'Omer  BBQ with a drum and dance circle at sunset on  Sunday May 22, 2011. Exercise.  I am not an athlete; I do not like to exercise. Many years ago my mother reminded me to do light exercise. I did some research, and yes my mother was right, it is recommended that most people get about 30 minutes of moderate activity a day, 5 days a week.   With a busy schedule, it is difficult to spare the time for any exercise. Later, I realized activity does not mean going to the gym. Housework, yard work even walking your dog qualifies.
