Tierra Verde is a great place for all of your recreational needs! Miles of roads for bike riding, beautiful beaches, great fishing piers, picnic tables and if that isn't enough there are many new condo communities! Ron and I were down there for the afternoon and I had my camera with me. The weather was beautiful, so I thought that I would take some photos to share here. This is just one more reason why I love living here in the Sunshine State! It may rain and storm but a few minutes later you have blue skies and sunshine! Tierra Verde is a beautiful chain of islands off of south St Petersburg, Florida. The islands of Tierra Verde are connected by bridges and go out into the Gulf of Mexico. Ron and I took the day off today and drove down to Tierra Verde to enjoy the beautiful weather. As you can see, we were not the only ones enjoying the day!!! It was a really perfect day!!! Should I offer 20% less on a property that I like? In this kind of market here in Saint Petersburg Tampabay it is impossible to answer the question with a percentage. You have to look at the comps and talk to your Realtor. Some homes are already priced way below market value, other are still overpriced by 30%.
