I have a double wide mobile home listing at 131 Val Jean drive in Sunset Acres, Mile Marker 93 in Tavernier. My sign was displaced by the sewer construction. The sign is back up and I am getting quite a few sign calls.   The asking price is $535,000. It is the second home in from the bay with open bay views. People call me off the sign and ask the price. I tell them and they think it is too high. What do people expect a view like this to cost? The canal has sheltered dockage and it is second from the end of the street. When the mobile is removed and a home built, you will have open water views from two directions. 07/02/2011
