From Freemont to Sawgrass Mills Florida

This is downtown Vegas at night during one of their shows. What makes this so special is that when the strip went up it probably hurt downtown's business, but instead of standing by and watching its own demise the powers that be came up with this brilliant idea to bring people back downtown and keep them there. By enclosing the entire downtown area with a roof that sports video and music shows periodically the roof lends itself to not only an entertainment venue, but also protects from the elements. This keeps customers there and coming back. I know it worked for me. Now, how to incorporate this same idea into the Sawgrass Mills Oasis section of the mall in Sunrise, Florida?
