There were two mortgages, Seterus(formerly LBPS), and CCO Mortgage for a total encumbrance of about $227,000.  Senior Lien:  SeterusBalance:  $190,000Junior Lien: CCOBalance: $37,000Property Value: $140,000This short sale was approved by Seterus in just four weeks. They allowed 6% of the junior lien balance to be paid to CCO. CCO took 120 days to approve the sale. In Fort Walton Beach there was a very heavy statue of Santa stolen on Friday night from a family's front porch.  This Santa was first discovered to be stolen by the Granddaughter of the owners who spotted it missing first.  A local police officer did see a Jeep Cherokee with a Santa strapped to the top of it going north towards Crestview on the night it was stolen.  The search is now on for the stolen Santa and the family just wants it back.  It had to take two people in the kidnapping because this Santa weighed a lot.  Solid concrete statue.  Please if things are not difficult enough, please return Santa. Instead of boring the world with a long story (with many bunny trails that meander off from the main subject), I will give you a short version of the travesty of justice going on in Shalimar, Florida.Finisterra Condominiums were built in the 1970's. The property is prime, I mean really prime, near the Shalimar Yacht Basin. The property has three sides to the water.                 In a nutshell, over 140 owners (many retired and on a fixed income) are about to be thrown out of their own condos due to nonpayment of construction liens.
