On Tuesday, June 24th, I attended a New Groundbreaking Event for Realtors® and residents hosted by Laterra Links in the World Golf Village in St. Augustine, Florida.  New ground was broken earlier in June and the developer is planning to add four new two story buildings.  The coach homes at Laterra Links in the World Golf Village offer all the space and comfort of a single family home without the hassles of lawn care and other maintenance.
