It seems like during most of our 40 years of marriage my wife Phyllis and I had to work but not together.  We went different directions and we took care of our kids.  We worked at different careers and didn't worry that much after the kids were grown.I am grateful for the time we have together now.  We started having date nights.  We look forward to one of them each week.  But since we have purchased our home in Florida we have deliberately scheduled time block for fun. If you are looking for great burgers and local beer try Hop Cat of Port St. Lucie.  We ate here last Friday night.  Hop Cat is located in the Tradition Community in Port St. Lucie.  This location just opened a few months ago and it is the first one in the state of Florida.The restaurant company started in Grand Rapids Michigan and has locations in the Midwest.When we entered the hostess gave us two menus-one for beer and the other for food.First of all there are many Florida local beers and we chose the one brewed by Hoplife Brewing Company in Port St. Lucie. The menu is tempting and would not be for a person watching a diet.  We both had stuffed loaded hamburgers.  They were good.  We did not eat much the next day.  Along with the burgers you get Hop Cat's signature Crack Fries and pic...
