This morning I received the funniest of emails offering me a chance to assist someone who is affiliated with the Sudanese Petroleum Commission. Nice name, I`m positive they`re an S-Corp working out of a Tiki Hut! I often wonder the motivation behind these stupid Scams. How in the world, could anyone in their right mind be fooled by these letters offering millions of dollars providing you give them "You`re Bank Account".... Yesterday I posted about Trulia and how I found a buyer. Well this buyer registered on my website for single family homes in East Plantation. He had been receiving matches to what he was looking for and we set up a date this past Friday to go look as some of them. Well it turns out for some reason one of the homes didn't print, and would you know it was the one he really wanted to see.Now I cc all matches that go out to myself as a back up. If you don't do this I suggest you start. I pulled out my iPhoneand logged into my email, pulled up his match and was able to show the flyers to him with address and pictures of the home. Many Realtors have a misconception of what an "Option Contract" is and how to use it.We deal with many "Short Sales and Foreclosures" I make it a habit to contact investors who want to "enter into a 15-30 day options contract.
