We just closed another short sale and saved another seller from a bad situation.  Everything went just as we planned, contract to close in just over 60 days.  The seller WAS NOT behind on his payment but had a hardship that qualified him for a short sale with his lender.   The seller had a VA loan and his credit was critical due to a security clearance with the military. Buyers want the most home that they can buy for the least amount of money.  The lowest priced home in the best condition is what most are looking for.  Prices have dropped, some are still dropping.  WHEN WILL THE BOTTOM BE HERE?  HOW WILL WE KNOW?
