The view of the moon from the widow's walk over the home my buyer's are purchasing in Palm Harbor Florida is really awesome! I had to be there yesterday while the air conditioning tech was inspecting the system for my buyers and I decided to spend the time up on the widow's walk, where the view's are fantastic. I could see the Gulf of Mexico to the west and the moon to the east. Too beautiful not to share!

This beautiful Palm Harbor Florida home, complete with widow walk that overlooks the Gulf of Mexico, is under contract and heading toward the closing table. My buyers had the home inspection yesterday and after almost five hours, we came away with a great report. Now we will be getting insurance quotes but since the home was built in 2002 and is elevated, that should not be an issue. It is always a good feeling when I can assist somebody find that perfect new home down here in Palm Harbor Florida.

When will we be fishing again? That is the biggest question right now in our house! Ronnie and I are both tired of this weather and not being able to go out on the boat. I do admit, we are spoiled. But that happens when you live in a place where you can normally go fishing just about any day of the year! This abnormally cold winter has put a real damper on our fishing trips and we are both about OVER it!!!! We are keeping our fingers crossed that we may get a couple of decent days this month so we can go out. Snook may no longer be in season (and for that matter, they have moved into warmer waters off shore) but there are plenty of other fish waiting to come to the dinner table!

Flipping Real Estate For Profit  I did a search on Google for "Tampa Bay Area Foreclosures" in preparation for this blog and found about 738,000 results.  That was the actual number by the way, not an exaggeration.  Holy Cow, there must be a tremendous amount of interest on this subject.  Why is that?  Either number one, there are a large number of people looking at Real Estate as a potential investment or number two, there are a large group of people upside down on their home and looking for a way out.
