We are seeing houses go pending the same day they are listed and even some bank owned properties having multiple offers presented and selling for over asking price....this is good news for the stabilization of the market...also maybe the catalyst for all you sitting on the fence to get moving instead of waiting...

      This article just came out in the Daytona News Journal.  I am glad to see that the media is finally starting to properly report market statistics instead of fear mongering on our current real estate conditions.  The reality is that this part of Florida, although hit hard by the recent downturn in the real estate market...is still a little gem of paradise and a great place to live.  Afterall...who want's to be sitting in Ohio, Illinois, New York, New Jersey or any other freezing cold state in the winter? Gotcha!!!  Probably not the post you were expecting...but this is just too cute I had to share.
