Wouldn't you like to be here today? I'm not, but I wish I were. I guess we all have our own definition of 'perfect', but a year ago today I was at my faborite resort in the  world, stately Breakers Resort in Palm Beach Florida. Today I'm not on vacation, I'm working and we've had a cold rain most of the day. I  haven't shared photos of the building or resort, merely of the wind-swept palms and ocan views so that you can relate perhaps to your favorite beach locataion and take a 'mini armchair vacation' with me today.

More Property Preservation Companies are well needed for Florida Foreclosures      This home is located in North Naples Florida, just three blocks away from the Ritz Carlton.  The owner died and the property foreclosed, supposedly it’s going to auction.   The subject property is an example of abandoned foreclosed homes in Florida that are taking down nice neighborhoods.   Construction companies that are seeking more work, I recommend in enrolling as a third party vendor with National Banks for property preservation services. Florida needs more jobs; why not participate in Property Preservation services and take care of local neighborhoods?   This home is a good investment, that is if you are a competent investor.
