The Palm Beach Gardens country club community of Eastpointe has 29 homes on the market in mid January with prices ranging from $99,500 for a small two bedroom condo up to $595,000 for a four bedroom, three bath 3158 square foot pool home.  Prices in Eastpointe have risen well, about 22 percent, since the housing market recovery in 2011, but remain moderate and affordable for a Palm Beach Gardens country club community.   In 2011 just 29 homes sold in Eastpointe averaging $89 per square foot.  In 2013 there were 78 homes sold averaging $104 per square foot and in 2014 there were 63 homes sold averaging $114 per square foot.  This includes small condos sold in the community which averaged $65.5/ SF in 2014.  The single family homes bring somewhat higher, but still moderate prices.  The ... 01/17/2015

  Monday is Laundry Day in Palm Beach Gardens Florida   I would like to get your opinion on my laundry room after an extensive whole house remodel job.  As you can see by the finishes did we go all out?  Would you have cut back, and if so where?  The improvements were travertine marble (all floors got this), new cabinetry (Wellborn), Samsung W/D with stands, granite countertops, knock down finish (walls & ceilings), recess lighting, built-in ironing board and under mount stainless steel 12” deep sink w/ nickel finish faucet.       03/19/2012

  Friends From The Hood…..Palm Beach Gardens, Florida   My wife and I moved from Eastpointe Country Club in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida about four years ago. This was just shortly before the crash of “07” that probably changed a lot of peoples live forever. Anyhow where ever we live we seem to attract interesting wild life.
