As s landlord, I am often asked the question...should I rent to tenants with a foreclosure or a bankruptcy? And often times people are shocked at my response... In the recent past as everyone is well aware the market was so HOT that buyers could barely have anytime to look and think about the home they just saw before someone else made an offer.
