Scam you once, scam you twice... Scam you once, scam you twice... Yes, it's another round of rental/housing scams making their way through the metro Orlando area- this one hitting a neighborhood where Legends Realty and I manage a home.  In this case, the Neighborhood Watch did a great job in saving owners' money in both the short and long-term- and no doubt kept them from dealing with a bunch of unnecessary frustration.   Great job, Neighborhood Watch...
