Six months ago if you were looking for a short sale in Orange Park or Jacksonville I may have tried to get you to look at foreclosures as a viable option. Don't miss the Blue Angels at Jacksonville Naval Air Station this Saturday and Sunday. The Blue Angels were founded at Jax NAS after World War II and continue to perform here every other year in October. Watch them from the runway or by boat, either way it is thrilling. For Everyone who missed it the new Up The Creek - Steaks and Seafood restaurant is open at the new Oakleaf Towncenter. Up The Creek opened with a bang in mid August, filling a need that many Argyle Forest and Oakleaf Plantation residents had been craving........more food choices besides Chik-Fil-A and McDonalds(not that those arn't great on the go).  Rumor also has it that they have a nice outdoor section to sit and have a few drinks......something else that the Oakleaf Blogs have been buzzing with a need for.
