It comprises the subdivisions of Deerfield Pointe, Olde Sutton Park, Olde Sutton Oaks, Savannah Glen, Spencers Crossing, Spencers Plantation, Sweetbriar, Watermill, and Cranes Landing. Predominately the HOA’S are small and average $100 per year.
