Yesterday I received a contract on one of my listings!  Yippee!!!   It makes such a difference when you have an agent on the other side who is just so incredibly sweet and is looking to get the job done with a pleasant attitude! The contract and closing process goes so much smoother.  I know,  I know!  We just went into contract and I haven't really seen what awaits us.  There is always something that has to be dealt with, and that's ok.  It is just a matter of whether or not we face it with a sweet attitude or not! I've had my opportunities to work with good and pleasant agents and a few opportunities to work with pickles. To be perfectly honest with whoever might be reading this, this is the first time I'm writing a blog. I've heard about them, but I can't say that I fully understand what they are, and how they work. If anyone can give a very simple explanation, I'd certainly appreciate it. A little about me......I'm a REALTOR in Ocala, Florida. Ocala is located about 1-1/2 hours north of Orlando and about 40 miles south of Gainesville. The weather is terrific and it's a great place to live. Having spent over 22 years in the Fort Lauderdale area, I've found Ocala to be a refreshing change, where people are friendly, and the traffic's not bad at all.
