Real Estate Scam in Florida? Yesterday I wrote about a couple in Florida who paid $458,000 for a condo at Ram-Sea in North Redington Beach in a foreclosure auction. Today the Tampa Bay Times has a follow-up story that an emergency motion has been filed stating in part that the couple's money should be returned due to "unauthorized conduct, misconduct and fraudulent acts."We sympathize with the couple. Conch Grill & Raw Bar on North Redington Beach Florida was our destination for lunch today and it was indeed awesome! We had coconut mahi mahi with veggies and it was a perfect meal! The portions, as you can see, were large and the service was quick! I love trying out different beach restaurants since we have so much fresh fish down here on Florida's Suncoast. The Conch Grill & Raw Bar on North Redington Beach, here on Florida's Suncoast, was my destination for lunch a couple of days ago. It was a beautiful afternoon and I was spending time with a good friend. We had a fantastic time, enjoying a leisurly afternoon's lunch. I had the spinach and coconut shrimp salad while Natalie enjoyed a Greek salad with feta cheese. We split the fresh fish spread which was served with an assortment of fresh veggies.
