The First Time Buyer action in Northeast Florida is off the chain!  A full 50% of sales in February were First Timers Wow!  Just wait. When April gets here and time is running out: get ready! There will be a flood of buyers coming out of the woodwork. Prices in Jacksonville Beach continue to hold their own. Of course there have been price drops and there are a lot of short sales on the market.
