The condos in Harborside Gardens, The Moorings Naples, Florida, as well as their neighbors in Harborside West are just a little different than most condominiums in the area.  They are in a stretch of mid-rise (4 to 7 floors) buildings on the east side of Gulf Shore Boulevard North., as opposed to the much more common low-rise (1 to 3 floors) and high-rise (8 or more floors) structures normally found on Moorings Bay or the Gulf of Mexico.  While their neighbors to the north, The Madrid Club and La Maison, as well as to the south, The Executive Club and Coquina Club, are all mid-rise communities directly on the Bay, none of them protrude out into the water as the Harborside properties do.  There is even a covered pavilion built over the Bay which is equipped with a BBQ, tables and benche... 02/22/2013
