It may not seem like it, but the condos in Trieste at Bay Colony Naples, Florida are more than ten years old.  This 20 story building is actually the newest high-rise in Bay Colony at Pelican Bay and was built in 2002.  It does not get the recognition that many of the other high-rise condominiums in Bay Colony get, such as Remington, Windsor or Contessa, because they are right on the beach, while Trieste is directly east of the Ritz-Carlton Beach Resort and therefore there is a little hike to the sand.  There are 104 residences in the building and they still have all the amenities available in Bay Colony, such as the tennis club and the private beach club as well as those of Pelican Bay with their beach tram and two additional private beach clubs.         Click here for all availa... 05/02/2013
