Here in Lake County Florida we did experience a modest gain in home prices especially in the more affordable segments. What's also interesting to note is that an increasing number of purchasers are deciding to act now even though they may not actually relocate for two or three years. Additionally, the interest in move-up and luxury homes has ticked up slightly according to several brokers and agents in our local market.
