The better your home looks the easier it is to sell! That`s my motto when doing a listing presentation!   Last month we took a listing in Miramar, Florida that was listed with another Real Estate company for 5 months. The seller was discouraged and very upset that they had only 2 showings in that period of time.  They came to us as a recommendation from our past client.The home is situated on a beautiful lake.It`s appearance needs some work! The home looked worn! The landscaping was overgrown, the exterior needed to be pressure cleaned, the carpet needs a good cleaning. In short the home needed to be rejuvenated.Appearance is everything!    When I spoke with the owners they looked very confused.
