Over the past couple of weeks, I have been working with buyers in South Melbourne Beach Florida.  I always recommend that out of town buyers bring their camera while out seeing an area for the first time.  If they are unable, then I bring mine.  They can capture the sights.  When they go back home, they can enjoy the beautiful pictures they took of the area.  I take lots of pictures and I email them an album of pictures after they leave. Yesterday, I again spent the day with buyers from South Carolina, looking for a home in Melbourne Beach Florida.  It was a gorgeous day for the most part.  Later in the afternoon the sky got dark, and we got caught in a rain shower that lasted for about 30 minutes.  The sky continued to threaten that it would open up again and drop more rain on us, as we wrapped up our day. We saw so many beautiful sights in Melbourne Beach here in Brevard County Florida, my clients asked me about wildlife in the area.  Well, it seemed to be at our every turn. Yesterday I spent the day out showing houses with clients that came in from South Carolina.  We headed down Highway A1A here in Melbourne Beach in Brevard County Florida.  We dodged raindrops all day.  The sun would peek out from behind the clouds for a couple of minutes and then the rain would come rolling in.  I had heard that there was a depression in the tropics that was lingering over us. All in all we were fortunate to have stayed fairly dry. Towards the end of a productive day, we headed down to Sebastian Inlet State Park, just minutes from South Melbourne Beach.  I love visiting the park and spending a day with my family when we can get down there.  It wasn't too hot, and the sun was just going down.  It was mesmerizing. I love taking a stroll down the pier in Melbourne Beach Florida.  It is such a beautiful and relaxing place to just sit and watch the birds, the boats and people fishing. My grandparents used to come up from the Fort Lauderdale area of Florida, where they lived and rent a small old historic house right down the street from the pier.  I remember as a little girl, coming up to Melbourne Beach around the holidays to stay in this old historic home with wood floors and squeaky stairs.  It felt so warm and cozy. We would bundle up in our winter coats to go outside so we could run down to the end of the pier and just watch the sunsets.  I remember an older pier.
