As of April 14, 2007 there are currently twenty properties for sale in the Summer Lake Condo Community. There are 9 one bedroom and 11 two bedroom units listed. Prices seem to be holding fine but properties are staying on the market for 6 months and longer. Since the condo conversation process has been completed a lot of changes and improvements have been made to the community. There are still some bugs but the powers that be seem to be working on smoothing them out. Out of the 270 plus units in Summer Lake about 80 percent are investor owned as this number decreases over time and as end users move in I expect the property will improve and values will continue to rise.
