The Esplanade Golf and Country Club in Lakewood Ranch is one of the 11 Villages in the Ranch.  It is being developed by Taylor Morrison who was name the Most Trusted Builder of the Year. You cannot live in and around Lakewood Ranch without noticing the huge array of sea and coastal birds in Lakewood Ranch.  We have the cartoonish pelican who looks sleek and beautiful in the sky, but upon land, looks like something a Walt Disney cartoon artist drew on a whim.But there are so many beach and coastal birds to feast your eyes and ears upon while walking in Esplanade at Lakewood Ranch or the beach, just down the road from your home.  We are so lucky to live in such a diverse eco-complex that supports all kinds of wildlife.  Beach and coastal birds are just a few of the gifts we are given, living here in Esplanade.Some of the varieties we find here in Esplanade in Lakewood Ranch are the the Greened Back, Little Blue Heron or Yellow Crowned Night Heron who love fresh water habi... 08/08/2015

Bastille Day in France commemorates the beginning of the French Revolution with the Storming of the Bastille on 14 July 1789, as well as the Fête de la Fédération which celebrated the unity of the French people on 14 July 1790.  The nice thing about living at Esplanade Golf & Country Club at Lakewood Ranch is dining at some fine restaurants around the area.  So, we're going out to dinner at Mattison's in Sarasota for a full meal of French cuisine!  Mattison's is chef owned and uses local farmer produce for it's delicious unique dishes.  Life is a mystery and beckons you to explore everything that excites you.  So after a perfect day filled with great activities to stay fit and clear our mind, body & soul in our Esplanade community, we love to go out to the great attractions in the Saras... 07/10/2015

  Esplanade At Lakewood Ranch Is Open For Sales!  Esplanade, Lakewood Ranch's newest community is a gated enclave of age targeted residences with a Mediterranean inspired theme and home prices starting at $209,900 ranging up to $339,900.  We attended the Realtor Only Preview today and were treated to a grand tour by Rhonda Fleming-Hill, Senior Sales Associate with Taylor Morrison.
