Momentum seems to be gathering steam with interest rates continuing to slide and inventory levels continuing to shrink.   The Hobe Sound, Florida real estate market stats are out for March and there is some interesting news.  Inventory of available homes are at 8.5 months which is down 47.5% compared to last year.  Something to realize is that 6 months by definition is a balanced market.  Anything less is a seller’s market.  We are moving in the right direction in 2012.  If you are a non-distressed homeowner you very well may be approaching the balanced mark even faster.    The Treu Group has seen many multiple offers and Hobe Sound homes are selling for the most a buyer will pay.  That is always our goal.   In many cases, we have been able to get our clients their asking price or even over on their Hobe Sound home.  If you own a home in Hobe Sound we can get you results.  If you gave up selling before a...

Hobe Sound Inventory Level Declines 1% in April April passed quickly by and brought with it increased activity from the investor market and their surging demand for lower priced opportunities. Ever so slowly the change from a bear market to a bull market continues to show momentum in South Florida. Investors are making up about 1/3 of the current market and their appetite continues to grow with prices being driven much higher in many investment grade communities. Hobe Sound Home Prices Flat on Strong Sales Numbers Spring is in the air, our streets here in paradise are less crowded and a seat at The Food Shack on Friday night is easier to find. All is well and the real estate market continues to thrive in south Florida. The local real estate markets continue to show marked improvement with the number of contracts executed to purchase homes remaining strong.
