 When Is A Client A Customer, If You Have To Reschedule Several Times   This is something that happens more than not. You get a lead and schedule the appointment. Just before the appointment you get a call by the client asking to reschedule due to an unexpected occurrence.  You make the appointment again. Second time around something else happens. You have to reschedule. The third time it is postponed until the following week. At this time you almost write it off as a lead to nowhere land.  Until you hear in the back of your mind one of those past sales seminars that said, five times it takes to land a deal and most sales person quit after the first call.
