Bank Owned Homes in Timber Ridge There has been a steady stream of Bank Owned Homes in Timber Ridge.  As a result, there have been some very good deals to be had.  The fact that Timber Ridge does not have amenities within the community slows down the activity and has the effect of driving down the price.  The question is what is your position on amenities?  Do you really need a pool of your own, a pool in your subdivision, and a pool in the master development?  The next question do you want to pay to maintain all of those pools?  I for one can live without any of them.  I like to look at pools but beyond that I can live without them all together.  I am a boater so the nuisence of maintaining a pool is something I can live without.  We are all different.  All of this leads me to my origi... 09/23/2010
