View of Caloosahatchee River from Boardwalk at Pepper Tree Point There was a rumor spreading around that Pepper Tree Pointe was going to have to say good-bye to their community boat ramp with direct Gulf of Mexico access via the Caloosahatchee River.  I have a listing in Pepper Tree Pointe and wanted to get to the bottom of this which I was able to do this afternoon.  What I found out after speaking with the Property Manager is that the community boat ramp that has long been a valued part of the Pepper Tree Pointe Community is remaining available for all who live in Pepper Tree Pointe!  As I walked along the pier this afternoon, I smiled and took in the panoramic views of the glorious Caloosahatchee.  I was thankful that the residents who have long loved their ability to be in open wat... 09/05/2007
