Fleming Island Real Estate Market Report January 2016All I can say is...Yikes! Look at the months Inventory. Go ahead, but it's not pretty. 8.74 months. We Eagle Harbor residents are so very excited that our Golf Clubhouse is about to open again! Our General Manager Ryan Parr gave us a tour a couple of weeks ago to show us the progress and it looks great! The dining area has been enlarged to accommodate larger groups than before.
