      As Eustis Short Sale Agents it is always a pleasure to post about another Eustis Short Sale Agents success story.  This 3 bedroom 2 bath home closed in just 79 days from initial offer date.  But that is not the whole story!  This was a Chase Home Mortgage loan, after being assigned a negotiator and agreeing on a counter offer, we had to close in just 24 days, and the approval came in around 6 pm on the Friday before Memorial Day, and to make things more interesting the buyer was financing with a FHA loan.....Yikes!  But as experienced short sale agents we had the buyer completely approved for a loan and were only waiting on the banks approval.  I will have to give a shout out to Xxxxxx xxxxx at Xxxxx Xxxxx.  She went beyond expectations on this one.  I recommend that anyone seekin...
