After spending countless hours with our buyer,we finally land on a beautiful home located in Dania Beach,Florida. We submitted the offer to the listing agent who forwarded this offer to the lender. Everything seemed to be going fine until the lender decided to do a BPO on the property. Although, I`m  firm believer these appraisals need to be completed, I believe the BPO`s are much higher than the actual value.
