I have noticed graffiti around town in Crestview lately and have seen stories in the bulletin http://www.crestviewbulletin.com/…/graffiti-raises-concerns… that covers the topic and while I was looking into the effects on values of properties within a community that has graffiti and found many articles that say it affected values if you google " effect of graffiti on property value" they will state downwards of 15-25 % they all stated the same language that it was according to the National Association of REALTORS® study but they never linked to the NAR site or the NAR study file doc, I found this article that states NAR has never released such a study. http://infoservices.blogs.realtor.org/2014/02/10/graffiti-and-property-values    05/15/2017

I recently was looking to have a lot of repairs done on a home and checked in the Crestview area on HomeAdvisor to make sure I wasnt missing out on any new contractors in the area. I was told by one that they didnt service the area, another told me they only do certain projects like door install which was only one of 50 items needed The other never called back. It seems we have a short suply in our area on contractors wondering if others are noticing the same thing via HomeAdvisor. 05/01/2017

Anyone else having an issue with listings being loaded by Homes.com of properties that have sold? If you are you may be like me and get calls from Homes.com trying to sell you upgrades to your advertising listings as feature agent and featured listings for larger market areas.
