Continuing with informing you about Arts happenings in the area, I am doing my weekend round-up for weekend beginning June 26th. Deering Estate in Palmetto Bay, FloridaSaturday, June 27 at 8PM  As part of the Summer Caberet Series, Deering Estate  will be featuring the local Jazz Trio - Cindy Curtis & Company. They will be playing in the historic Stone House Ballroom. Cindy has been playing in South Florida since the 1970's, playing with Dave Bruebeck in 1974. Saturday night's concert will feature the Miami Native & award-winning singer-songwriter-pianist Johnny Rodgers. Rates on 30-year mortgages inched up this week to 4.84 percent after matching an all-time record low last week, according to Freddie Mac's weekly nationwide survey.
