This was a interesting remodeling project Cocoa Beach, Florida. The client's wanted to remodel their entire interior of this outdated condominium in Cocoa Beach, Florida. This was to include Popcorn removal, removing several walls to give a more modern open feel, Metal framing, drywall installation, Installing Bull nose corner bead, Drywall finishing, skip trowel texture, knockdown texture, Priming w/ stain blocking primer and Painting w/ Sherwin Williams Paint Super Paint. We were given 30 days to complete this Cocoa Beach renovation. All of the proper permits were pulled and all inspections were passed the first time. It's Spring Break here in Brevard County Florida. Time to hit the beaches for some sun and fun. No trip to Brevard County Beaches would be complete without a trip to world famous Ron Jon Surf Shop.  I think that anyone that has heard of Cocoa Beach, Florida has heard of Ron Jons. I marvel at how gigantic the store has become. Ron Jon has become the World's Most Famous Surf shop. The multi level store, which is open 24 hours a day,  is over 52,000 square feet. And sells beach wear, surfboards, bikinis, and anything else you can think of that you might need for a day in the sun. This location includes a resort called the Ron Jon Cape Caribe Resort. The unseasonably cold weather is starting ease off just in time for the Cocoa Beach Food & Wine Festival.  The event will be held March 13, 2010 at Lori Wilson Park in Cocoa Beach, Florida. The event is designed to provide aid to Project Hunger which is a local project that raises money through the United Way to provide additional support for the local food banks.  The Brevard County Sharing Centers are recipient of the food donations to feed local families. The event boasts a full day of events.  It promises to offer over 20 different chefs that will be preparing food with flavors from all over the world; Brazil, China, Colombia, Cuba, Germany, Greece, India, Italy, Jamaica, Japan, Lebanon, Thailand and a variety of chefs that specialize in local favorites and seafood.  All of the food... 03/09/2010

Cocoa Beach Cocoa Florida is really two areas, a beach town and a mainland town separated by yet a third town. And geographic terminology can be somewhat confusing too. Let’s try to sort it out for you!Cocoa Beach is a town on the barrier island located between the Atlantic Ocean and the Banana River Lagoon on Florida's Central East Coast, just south of Cape Canaveral and the Kennedy Space Center. An F16 Fighting Falcon streaks by a C117. It was flying at 650 mph most of the time, less than half it's top speed. About 30,000 spectators lined the beach to watch the show which took place Oct. 4th and 5th. There was a small armada of boats moored just offshore. Many of us enjoy a beer or two at the local tiki bar while listening to good music with friends. It's a great way to unwind and have a little fun as long as you know your limits. A big thank you goes out to all the alert servers and staff who recognize when a patron is seeing Sidesurf Donnie instead of Surfside Johnny. When the happy hour band starts to look like this, be thankful when the bar tender stuffs you into a cab that takes you home. This photo may be funny but being charged with vehicular homicide is not. Save a life - Take a cab! I couldn't resist distorting this photo of me (on the left) playing at a local saloon.
