LOLWe decided to make vegan nice cream and it was DELICIOUS! See below recipe we used in case you want to give it a try :)  - 1 cup of Pineapple - 1 cup of Mango- 1 cup of strawberries- 1/2 cup of blueberries - 1/2 cup of blackberries- 1/2 can of coconut milk- 1/4 cup of dates sugar - Mix it all together on a high speed blender - Stick it in the freezer for 2 hours - Use vegan sugar cones - you find these on any whole food store.- Or serve it in a cup/bowl - Yummy!
