We thought we would bring you some pictures and information on Sandoval in Cape Coral Florida.  Sandoval is a very well put together subdivision located in the Southwest Cape Coral Area.  Affordable but nice homes, well manicured grounds an amazing play area for the kids as well as a mini water park for the young ones, fountains with sprinklers and a very nice pool.  The neighborhood is family friendly with perks for everyone to enjoy. I had a chance to preview another Cape Coral Short Sale in the Sandoval Community.  This 4 bedroom home has almost 2200 feet of living area, a private pool and a view of the lake.  Currently listed for $229,000 this is an incredible opportunity if the bank is willing to work with a buyer.  Lastly this home is in Sandoval, a community developed by the Bonita Bay Group.  This home will not last long.   11/13/2008
