I habe put some pointers together when Listing your home in Pensacola, Pace or Gulf Breeze. Regardless of when type listing you go with make sure there is an opt out feature in case the agent is not doing what you expected.  Just like all agents are not the same neither are listing fees or contracts. You can never be too trusting when it comes to buying real estate. The buyer is entitled to know what he/she is getting for their money.
