I mentioned a month or so ago that it sure is nice when a listing client listens to pricing recommendations. The transaction I was speaking of closed just a few hours ago, so I can now say it out loud: Within 5 days, we got a full price cash offer. (And no, it was NOT a fire sale. We actually set the current record for highest price per square foot. Our client gets the credit for having the cleanest unit in the whole complex!) And they said there are no buyers!! There are buyers, just no dumb buyers. One thing the Internet has done is to make it easy for homebuyers to do extensive research all on their own!
