  Valencia Real Estate Market Report for March 2024 shows what happened in each Valencia in Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Lake Worth, Florida for that month.We had a busy winter in south Florida.  It was was quiet at first, and then things took off.  Several factors were involved, I believe, which caused buyers to stop in their tracks and then reconsider.We have more inventory than we've seen in a long time.  There has been a lot of talk about insurance and homes needing new roofs.  This is still true and has been happening in Florida the past few years.If a home has a new roof or is in the process of getting a new roof - it takes time to get permits and order roof tiles - the home will likely sell.  Of course, you still have to think about location and what the rest of the house look...

Boynton Beach, FL 4th of July Celebration! The festivities for this annual celebration include musical entertainment, food and beverages as well as a spectacular fireworks display.  Activities take place at Intracoastal Park on North Federal Highway just south of Gateway Boulevard. One of our favorite beaches here in South Florida is the Oceanfront Beach Park in Boynton Beach Florida. It is technically in Ocean Ridge which is a part of Boynton Beach but on the ocean section. This is a town run park so it is not going to show up when you do a search for state or county parks. We kind of like that idea because not just anyone can find it. Nestor and our son built a sand castle last weekend. Here are the sad remains of their work as the waves wash it away. Our 6 year old son keeps trying to figure out a way to make a castle withstand the waves. My favorite things about Oceanfront Park is that is had public showers and bathrooms! YEAH!
