How LOW can we go? That seems to be the most popular real estate question I hear on a daily basis. Neighbors, friends, newspapers, realtors, mortgage people and even the cashier at the grocery store ask now. Pending foreclosures are coming, adjustable rates are coming due. Banks have changed the lending policies and aren't making loans or even refinancing. Palm beach County real estate seems to be 20% off the highs and the properties still sit and sit and sit. Is it 30% or 40%?.......... There are some exciting projects coming to West Boca Raton.  Across from The Shores at Boca Raton is South County Regional Park.  It is an amazing park with a great kids playground, ball fields for lacrosse, soccer, and baseball, water park open during the summer, picnic areas, and more.  They are building a 27 hole Osprey Golf Course at South Regional Park that should be completed by the end of the year.  They are also building an Ampitheater and much more in the coming years.  It is going to be one of the most incredible parks in the state.  On the corner of Yamato and 441 they are building The Shops at Yamato Court.  It is going to be an upscale shopping center with boutiques, restaurants and more including a wonderful chinese restaurant Gary Woo's Take-out.  In the Boca Green's Shop... 07/26/2007
