Pool of Buyers Just ShrunkWhen the Fed raised interest rates this week, the pool of buyers just shrunk. She Had Me at Hello She really did.  Two plane rides and an hour-and-a-half car ride later, I was at a ranch in San Antonio to pick up "the pistol. Pet Restrictions in CondosIf you have pets and are plannning to buy a condo, you must read the pet restrictioins carefully.  Not what the listing says.  Not what the agent says they are.
