  Atlantis Florida has New & Improved Tennis Courts   One of the perks of living in the City of Atlantis, is our two family parks and our four new refinished Acrylic Hard Courts. Located on the west side of the community by Military Trail, we have two tennis courts surrounded by a few other unique features. There is a newly finished walking park that measures a ¼ mile walking or jogging path along with work-out stations and a volley ball court.   All of these features are within the confines of diversified properties that range from condos on the golf course or Single Family Estates on over an acre.   City of Atlantis Florida has a Water Park Too   One of the precious benefits of living in the City of Atlantis, Florida is our own secluded public park.  We also enjoy the fact we live in a manned gated community with no HOA dues. This has afforded us to have the luxuries that really are a secret to the outside public.   The History of Atlantis, Florida Real Estate The property was called Mulberry Farms and sat on 834 acres. It was owned by Frank J. & Julia Deal Lewis.  They were parents of the former Senator Philip D. The Background: This lesson dates back to 1994, while completing my 10th year practicing real estate. It also marked my first  attempt to build my very own solo spec. house. While dabbling in both at the same time, I finally got enough nerve to take on a project with my own funds and skills. I have to say through a few set-backs, and cost overruns the home was completed without any major catastrophe.
