Come and See the Lights on Frisbie Circle in Wolcott CT, Bring some Non-Perishable Food Items as well   The residents of Frisbie Circle in Wolcott CT are all very much into the Christmas Season, each spending hours of their time to put up Christmas decorations and Lights to be appreciated by all that drive through the street.
