There is always a law firm or lender  too anxious to host. It is usually attended by 30-40 strong of the board members and some associates, all enjoying the camaraderie of fellow agents. We all get excited about anniversaries. It is a milestone that attests to the perseverance and dedication we put into a portion of our lives.  It can be a special birthday;  a recognition of years on a job; time sent doing something special like bogging and of course the celebration of a coupe's commitment to each other. Such was the case for our family this past week, as we celebrated the 70th wedding anniversary of my parents, Joseph and Laura Silva. They were married in Cambridge MA on April 27, 1946. Whomever Shows Us the House Gets the ListingWhile sitting over a cup of coffee after showing a listing to an out of town, potential buyer, he offered that he had investment properties and had a couple in Waterbury CTthat he was selling. I suppose I got lucky, especially as this was not the person that I had started out with originally. Earlier in the week, a new buyer called me and asked to see this particular house. Home Depot in Waterbury CT Celebrates the Festival of LightsThere was something about the music at the Waterbury CT Home Depot today that was slightly out of the norm. The songs had a Holiday tone, but the words were strange to me.  As I was getting over to the cashier's area a cluster of children and adults caught my eye.
