Southbury CT Heritage Village Condo Closed   Search for Condos in Southbury CT Today we closed on a 2 bedroom ranch style condo in Heritage Village. Although this is not an uncommon condo in Heritage Village, a complex with over 2,600 units, what made it special was that the unit was under contract in 10 days. Some units in Heritage Village can sit on the market for months. As we walked away from the complex, even the seller’s lawyer had to stop and congratulate us on our sale, even thought this wasn’t that big a unit. The seller was very gracious and let it be known that it was the agent’s advice that got it sold.
