For one year I have enjoyed the beauty of Shelton, Connecticut.   The rich history of this quiet little town is appealing to anyone looking to get away from most of the hustle from city life, but still remain close enough to live an active life.From our home, my wife and I enjoy taking our dog out for his nightly walk.  We enjoy the view of the river, and meeting others that our out and about with there dogs.  This is a friendly place to live.  Life seems to slow down a little in Shelton.              I moved here from a small town in Texas, I had the usual concerns of a southerner of not fitting in, not being able to navigate, but mostly I was worried about not being able to feel at home here.   After being here for a year, and I am glad that I can call this city my home, and I realize...
