  The Middlesex County Real Estate Council 2016 Holiday Gathering, will be held tomorrow December 6th. this year, at the Riverhouse at the Goodspeed Station in East Haddam, CT.  The Middlesex County Real Estate Council Holiday Gathering is sponsored by McCue Mortgage every year, and it has always been an excellent event.  This will be the third time the Middlesex County Real Estate Council will hold this event at the Riverhouse at the Goodspeed Station in East Haddam, C.T.  The first time it was a luncheon, but this second time, as well as this year's Holiday Gathering it is more like a dinner.  The Riverhouse did a fantastic job the first two times with the luncheon & dinner,  and I expect the same again this year for the dinner.   Goodspeed Opera House Presents Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn.  I don't know how many of this generation would know or even have heard of Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn.  But those of my generation and generations before would remember Irving Berlin's Holiday Inn as one of the all time classics.  Now this all time classic play and movie is now coming to the Goodspeed Opera House in Haddam, CT. on September 19 to December 7th. The Holiday Inn is about a Connecticut Farmhouse that becomes a swinging nightspot, but only during Holidays which occur from Valentine's Day to the Fourth of July, and Thanksgiving to Christmas.
